how to creat participant set

I am trying to follow the hands on for June 15 workshop materials and have a question hope to get your help.
On page 15 for the HelloWorld workflow exercise, launch the method on all participants in a participant set,
Click on participant_set(1)
But in my workspace, I do not see a participant set only participant, so how do I create a participant set?
