[Errno 8] _ssl.c:510: EOF occurred in violation of protocol

I always got below message. I am successfully run gcloud auth login but I cannot run: firecloud -m push -s toru -n helloworld2 -t Workflow -y "hello world" helloworld.wdl. This gives me below error.

Could not connect to https://api.firecloud.org/api/methods with method POST
