docker image unable to pulled

Hi,

I have uploaded a new workflow and am trying to get it running in Firecloud. However, the docker image is unable to be pulled. The image is hosted at broadinstitute/bloodbiopsy_ichorcna, which I have set to be private (we are not releasing it to the public yet), and my guess is that the privacy issue is causing the error, as locally on my own computer and Docker account I can pull the image. How does one get around it in firecloud?

The errors below, in the JES log. Submission ID is: d2ffde1d-e11a-49cb-b1c0-85ebc42c520e.
