I've made a dbGAP account and gotten authorization for the controlled access TCGA data, but when I go to Firecloud I still do not have access to the controlled access workspace. When I go to link my eRA account in my profile I am prompted to login but after doing so I am redirected back to my profile and the "Failed to link NIH account" message is displayed. Is some error happening on the back end when I try to link my account?
