Ownership of Entities in FireCloud

Hi,

In transitioning users from Firehose to FireCloud we have been asked about the following:

Who owns the data and methods in the FireCloud system?
Does the Broad claim any ownership of the data or methods in FireCloud?

My understanding is that for private workspaces that the entities within them (data or methods) are owned by the workspace owner and not by the Broad.

Can the FireCloud team confirm this? Please clarify any necessary details here for users who are moving their data into the system.
