I'm running the mutect2-gatk4 workflow on 402 pairs. One of the 402 workflows failed, with reported reason "Error getting access token for service account" (see screen shot below).
Based on the log files, the job completed successfully. I'll rerun the workflow on this pair and expect it will succeed (i.e., this was is an intermittent error). I thought it would be useful, however, to report the error. The workspace is cloud-resource-miscellaneous/CBB_20180525_GATKBP_TCGA_THCA_ControlledAccess_V1-0_DATA and the submission with the failed workflow is a1e302f9-d2fc-42d1-9202-7b62eaa965bc and the failed workflow is 66b8f01c-3ad8-491a-8a06-c79af09c221f. The workspace has been shared with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org
