I'd like to grant WRITE permissions to a service account on a firecloud project where I have owner permissions.
I tried to Share.. the project with the service account email address, but it's now listed as Pending in the firecloud UI.
I also tried using gsutil acl ch -u to grant it permissions directly to the bucket, but got this error:
Failed to set acl for gs://fc-4c1c7765-2de2-4214-ac41-..../. Please ensure you have OWNER-role access to this resource.
