Hi - Is there a way to tell Cromwell in FireCloud to not freak out and tell me my submission failed from a return code not equal to zero? I am going to define a run time attribute that allows me to continue in my WDL. For example, I have a Validate SAM file task where I set a runtime attribute "ContinueonReturnCode: 1" because 1 = validation warnings but no errors. I am not sure how FireCloud will respond to this, so in general, I just wanted to ask.
