Hi Firecloud team,
I've encountered this bug across two different billing projects over the last two days, every time I run a job with ~200 submissions.
When in the monitor tab,
When I look at the submission level, I see that the workflow is marked as "running"
When I look on that individual workflow, the status is marked as "done" (green check mark)
This is problematic because the output is not written to the data model. In the past I worked around this with job avoidance (call-caching will recognize the completed tasks and write them to the data model)
In this case I don't want to do this because this is a workflow that produces bams and duplicating these is costly.
The workspace data is under the ICGC DACO (not formalized in firecloud), if anyone on the support team has access (same access as PCAWG) I can share the workspace with them but otherwise I don't think I may.
