I created a new billing project hailbp linked to account Broad Institute - 5216186
The circle appeared and spun for several moments and then timed out. Upon refresh, the billing account did not show up. When I attempt to create the same billing project, it says that it already exists. I don't mind creating a new billing project with a different name, I just want to make sure that the other one is not available.
