How do I get project id of the newly created project?

I created a new project called “cf1”
on my desktop I got
Your current project is [None]. You can change this setting by running:
$ gcloud config set project PROJECT_ID
How do I get project id of the new cf1?

When using firecloud-cli to push my.wdl do I need to include project id or it will automatically go to my method repository.

In my Method Reposistory it shows - 41 (25 workflows and 16 configs)
Are these all public published Firecloud or there are more workflows depending on user profile?
