At about 7:00 pm EST last night, jobs submitted to FireCloud have been stuck in Cromwell Queue. There is another thread about this but it has an Accepted Answer associated with it, so I am not sure if it would be overlooked.
I have attached a screenshot of what is being observed. This issue has been reproduced by multiple users.
