Is there a generic "haplotype map" file publicly available on a FireCloud workspace?

Hello there --- I was wondering whether there's a generic haplotype map file for use with such Picard tools as CheckFingerprint publicly available on a FireCloud workspace (cross-posted here as suggested by @shlee in this thread). For instance, whether there's a haplotype map file that's been derived from some resource such as HapMap or the 1000G project.
