We have a Firecloud project set up:

And I've added a few users already with no problems. We all have @ucsc.edu email addresses, which are really through Google, so those email addresses work as Google usernames to add to the Firecloud Project. But one of the users I'm trying to add doesn't work, and we get this error in the "Add User" dialogue:
Error: This is not a registered user
The username is question is: mkrause1@ucsc.edu
This user has a valid Google Account, he is using the same ID for our Google Cloud Platform account in IAM, and all is working there. Any idea why this one user cannot be added? The error message isn't that helpful as it stands - the user is indeed registered with Google as a valid Google user account.
