Workspace firehose-to-firecloud/REBC_Chanock_NCI is a data delivery workspace that has 902 WGS bams from 342 patients. When viewing the Data / sample (902 total) tab there is a message " There are no rows to display. " and no data is displayed, but when I click on columns / "reset columns" all 902 rows are then displayed. Why would there be a message " There are no rows to display. " when there are 902 rows to display ?
One oddity in this workspace is that there are two empty sample annotations in the "Reset Columns" popup menu. There used to be annotations called "short_letter_id" and "short_sample_code" before I used fissfc to delete these annotations. Does the Firecloud data model / UI have some memory of the deleted annotations?
