broken links to workspaces in documentation ?

Links to workspaces are broken in the documentation. To see examples:

1) go here : https://software.broadinstitute.org/firecloud/documentation/
2) click on "Getting Started"
3) then "FireCloud Basics"
4) scroll all the way to the bottom
5) click "FireCloud Best Practice Methods"
6) Any of the links in the table revealed to workspaces don't work.

If a link is accessed then a message saying "Page not found" appears.

The links contain an escape sequence "%3A" for a colon ":" (https://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp)

Here is an example from there:

"https://portal.firecloud.org/#workspaces/broad-firecloud-tutorials:Workshop_MiniMutationCalling"
