listMethod api calsl should have a namespace parameter

It would be useful if the API call

https://api.firecloud.org/#!/Method_Repository/listMethodRepositoryMethods
https://api.firecloud.org/#!/Method_Repository/listMethodRepositoryConfigurations

accepted an optional namespace parameter, as I think it's a solid bet that the most common use case is to list one's own methods, instead of everyone's. Paring the list down on the server would support that, make client side coding cleaner, and result in less network bandwidth consumption.
