broken link in shared workspace email?

I heard from @abaumann that FC has new links...

I got a workspace shared with me and I got an email as here:

FireCloud: kslowik@broadinstitute.org has shared the workspace: broad-firecloud-ibmwatson/testing_best_practice_workflow with you

Dear FireCloud user,

kslowik@broadinstitute.org has given you READER access to the following workspace: https://portal.firecloud.org/#workspaces/broad-firecloud-ibmwatson:testing_best_practice_workflow

but I click on the link and it says :

FireCloud
Page not found.

I suspect the new linking system is implemented in some places but not others. Is this expected?
