If I issue a submission in FC with a pair-set (or any set) with N elements in the set so that N workflows are launched in the submission, are the workflows expected to be run on the various cromwell instances? or only one one? It is my understanding that there are two cromwell instances as of today and so if I issued a submission with 100 workflows, would one of the cromwells run roughly 50 and then the other cromwell (assuming there are two of them in FC) run the remaining worklflows.
In terms of call-caching, if someone were to repeat the submission, would the allocation of workflows to cromwells be repeated? and thus allow CC to result in a "Hit" ?
