killing portion of submisson?

Is it possible to kill a portion of a submission?

We re-launched the remaining 19 REBC jobs on non-preemptible 64 core VMs. Of these, 3 failed instantly; we have relaunched them. Also, 2 others appear to have stalled early in the algorithm; they are no longer progerssing, even though the logs continue to be updated. I have relaunched those two. It would be nice to kill the two from the original submission, but I do not want to impact the other 15 that are running and making good progress. I do not know yet whether things hung because of an issue with the data (the two jobs do have one BAM in common) or because of an issue with the system.
