No Create Workspace button

Hi

The "Creating a New Workspace" in the FireCloud Basics section says that there will be a "Create New Workspace" button on the Firecloud Workspaces window, but there is no such button on the Firecloud Workspaces window I see when I log into firecloud. What do I need to do to get a "Create New Workspace" button?
