Project i-dotting and t-crossing

Dear FireCloud Team,

I am co-investigator on the broad-firecloud-cptac billing project but am only listed as "user" not "Owner". Please make me "Owner," so that at my discretion I may add others later.

There is another project named "broad-firecloud-gdac1" which serves no purpose. I would like it deleted, please.
