Hello, several weeks ago I completed the new user registration and created a google billing account following the instructions on the firecloud documentation page. Things appeared to be successful, and I received a confirmation email stating that my account had been activated. However, every time I head to portal.firecloud.org I'm redirected to the new user registration page. Reloading / refreshing that page in the browser again (url: portal.firecloud.org) redisplayed the new user registration page a couple of times, and then later displayed the error message "Server Unavailable. FireCloud service is temporarily unavailable. If this problem persists, check http://status.firecloud.org/ for more information."
Weirdly, the behavior appears inconsistent. A couple of times I have been able to successfully view my workspace. More often than not, however, I'm redirected to the new user registration page. Today was the first time I've seen the "Server Unavailable" error, however.
Any ideas for how to resolve this issue?
