I am getting the following docker pull error when working in a project that is using my google billing account instead of the free billing account.
Task genoml.train:NA:1 failed. The job was stopped before the command finished. PAPI error code 5. 8: Failed to pull image gcr.io/project/image "gcloud docker -- pull gcr.io/project/image" failed: exit status 1: Using default tag: latest Error response from daemon: pull access denied for gcr.io/project/imagel, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login'
I followed the instructions here.

It worked just fine with the free trial billing account.
