Can't see jobs I've run in Monitor tab

Hello,

I recently ran a task, the direct link to which is here:

I can access it when I have the direct link but when I go to the monitor tab in that workspace I do not see it listed, nor do I see any jobs that were run since September of last year. My coworker (username twood) can view the jobs I've run but I can't.
